Hence, we follow the idea that more information does not harm but helps. We apply the scientific technique of analyzing data and formulating a tentative theory that might explain the phenomenon. The data then includes technical and human aspects that relate to the situation. We document this data since it is the client's asseta and along with it formulate recommendations proposing sets of actions that alleviate the situation.
